Christine applauds tentative EFSB decision on city drinking water

I was very pleased to learn yesterday afternoon of the Energy Facilities Siting Board's (EFSB) decision to reject Advanced Power's revised plans to use city drinking water to operate the proposed power plant.

The Brockton Delegation, along with the city and our partners, has continued to work hard to protect our water supply and ensure the health and well-being of our region. Yesterday’s tentative decision from the EFSB comes as welcome news, and it illustrates our successful, grassroots work to promote a sustainable future in our communities for years to come.
